I feel like I'm missing something about the photoshopping....If her pants are tight and she has muscular quadriceps muscles (the front part of your thighs) it's quite possible that her curve of the thigh could be higher up. I have toner front muscles of my thighs and in tight jeans they are prominent. In some pictures of her with her legs prominent the quadriceps muscles are toned. Also his thumb start is right above the thread line so it's possible if his hands are big that his fingers would reach around the back...that's not to say there hasn't been any photoshopping done to this picture b/c I'm sure there has been.
